Turkey Visa Requirements :

• Filled out and signed the visa form
• Original passport with a minimum 6-month validity period starting on the day you return from Turkey.
• Photocopies of the passport’s first and last pages
• Passport-size photographs with a white background.
•  A UAE residence visa document, which should be valid for over 3 months.
• Bank statements from the last three months that are originally stamped. You should have at least AED 10,000 in your account to guarantee that you have the resources to support your journey to Turkey.
• Copies of the travel itinerary, including the hotel reservation, the aircraft tickets, etc.
• No objection letter from your employer.
• VFS issues travel insurance, and the insurance charge is included in the appointment fee.
• Travel protection with a minimum of 30,000 euros in coverage
• A salary certificate outlining your pay scale or a copy of your sponsor’s passport.

Different types of Turkish Visas

There are various  Turkish visa categories. Choose the appropriate visa based on the purpose of your trip and the time frame you intend to spend in Turkey.

Tourist visa 

Tourist visas are issued to people for only up to 90 days, and if one purchases a Turkey tourist visa from the border, one is not allowed to re-enter Turkey without purchasing a new visa.

Business Visa

It works similarly to a Tourist Visa in that it is valid for 90 days. To apply for this visa, however, you must provide documentation of your company’s operations in Turkey.

Student Visa

Once you have been accepted into a Turkish university or school, you can apply for a student visa. You need a letter from the university or school where you are enrolled. Within 30 days of your arrival in Turkey, you must register with the local police department’s Foreigners’ branch to get a residency permit.

Residence Visa

If you want to stay in Turkey longer, you can apply for a residence visa. Fill out an application and submit it to the Turkish embassy or consulate.

Work Visa

Your application for a work visa in Turkey must be submitted two months before departure. Your employer should send the necessary paperwork to the Turkish Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MLSS). Within 90 days, the ministry will post an updated list of these documents on its website.

Research Visa

You must submit your application to the Turkish Embassy or Consulate if you want your request for a research visa to undertake an archaeological dig to be reviewed in Turkey. You can move forward with payments and other formalities after approval.

Film Visa

When visiting Turkey to film a commercial or documentary, you must first apply for a film visa with the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
